Provision of data to third parties

PostNL
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have the order delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.

Shopify
Our online store was developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored.

Klaviyo
We send our email newsletters with Klaviyo. Klaviyo will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically via our website you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by Klaviyo . Klaviyo uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. Klaviyo reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share information with third parties in this context.

Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and payment details such as bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and in this context to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than is permitted by the legal periods.

Clarna
We use the payment service provider Klarna to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Klarna processes your name, address and place of residence and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to process (part of) the payments in our online store. Pay.nl processes your name, address and place of residence and payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. Gmail
Boetiek Aniek uses the services of Gmail for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Gmail does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.

Reviews

WebwinkelKeur

We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are required to provide your name, place of residence and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. If we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur.
